3. Data Isolation

Every tenant's data is fully isolated at the database level. Your business data, agent configurations, and operational history are never accessible to other customers. Row-level security ensures strict tenant boundaries.

All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and in transit using TLS 1.3. Secrets and credentials are stored in dedicated encrypted vaults with automatic rotation.

5. AI Data Processing

Your business data is processed by AI models to power your AI agents. Important details:

  • Your data is never used to train our AI models
  • AI processing occurs in isolated environments per tenant
  • All AI-generated outputs are logged in immutable audit trails
  • You retain full ownership of all data and AI-generated content

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
